A · Lead teacher
I join selected retreats as lead yoga teacher and take responsibility for the daily practice, its rhythm and the people in the room. Small groups work best.

RETREAT WORK
Retreat work, without chaos.
I work with retreats in different formats, always with clear conditions: small groups, room in the schedule, and a host who wants depth rather than a full programme. Under those conditions I bring practice, rhythm and calm to a retreat. Without them I am the wrong teacher.

Some clients invite me into private retreat or residency settings for one to several weeks. My role then goes beyond the daily class: I build the structure of the days, support intensive phases and keep the rhythm steady when the work gets demanding. These formats are by invitation or application only.
Occasionally I host retreats of my own, with ten to twelve participants. Dates are announced directly to people who have worked with me or applied.
