NO DRAMA YOGA · NATALIA ORLOVA

My work is about building simple, repeatable routines.

Most people don't need more techniques. They need fewer things, done consistently.

I build routines that fit your body, your nervous system and your daily life. Then I stay with you until they hold on their own.

The goal is simple: you know what to do without me.

Who I work with.

Most of the people I work with are over forty. They run companies, teams or families, they travel, and they have already tried things that did not stay. Some have never done yoga. Some have practised for years and feel stuck.

What they have in common: they are done with quick fixes. They want a practice that survives a full calendar.

This works well if you

  • want structure rather than motivation
  • are ready to repeat simple things for two to three months
  • prefer depth over variety
  • are open to being corrected

This is probably not for you if you

  • want a quick fix
  • need constant novelty
  • are looking for a group experience

Less noise. More precision.

01

Repetition

A small number of movements, repeated until your body knows them without thinking.

02

Precise adjustments

I watch your posture, your breathing and your habits, and I correct small things that change everything.

03

Clear structure

You always know what today's practice is, how long it takes and why.

"Go to sixty percent. Not further. Then stop moving and just breathe."
A typical instruction in a session.

How the first month works.

01

Application

You write to me through the form. Tell me what you have tried and what you want to be able to do on your own. I read every application myself.

02

A conversation

If it fits, we speak for thirty minutes. Online or in Tulum. No obligation on either side.

03

The first four sessions

Two weeks, four sessions. I watch what your body does and what your week allows. After the fourth session we sit down and look at it together: what works, what stays, what goes.

04

Building the routine

Over the following weeks I build your routine piece by piece, only from what has proven itself. Around month three it holds on its own. The sessions get quieter. That is the point.

Real practice. Real voices.

Clients who have worked with me, in their own words.

Rhetoric trainer and author, Germany. Client since January 2026.

I have spent thirty years on stages and in training rooms, reading people for a living. I came to Natalia by accident. A friend and I were in Tulum and wanted to do some sport. That was the whole plan.

She took us seriously within minutes. No performance, no talk about energy. She looked, she corrected, she said: go to sixty percent, not further, now breathe. I had never been told to do less by anyone in my life.

Six months later I have a practice that holds through a full travel schedule, and my body tells me things before my head has finished arguing. I did not expect that from a yoga teacher. I would not have accepted it from anyone else.

Client of Natalia Orlova.

I was surprised by the depth and consistency of her guidance, while always feeling that she struck exactly the right balance. For me, these were the best yoga sessions of my life.

When effort feels like a holiday and relaxation at the same time, the yoga teacher is clearly doing quite a lot right. Rarely has my mind felt as free and clear as it did after my sessions with Natalia.

QUESTIONS

What people ask before they apply.

Who is Natalia Orlova?

Natalia Orlova is a yoga teacher based in Tulum, Mexico. She works one-to-one with clients in Tulum, at their location and online, and teaches at selected small retreats. Her practice is called No Drama Yoga.

What is No Drama Yoga?

No Drama Yoga is Natalia Orlova's approach to teaching: a small number of movements, repeated with precise correction, inside a clear weekly structure. The goal is a practice that clients can continue without a teacher. It is one-to-one work, not a studio or a class schedule.

Where does Natalia Orlova teach?

In Tulum, Mexico, where she is based; at clients' locations worldwide by arrangement; and live online via Zoom.

Can I work with Natalia Orlova online?

Yes. Online sessions are live, one-to-one and follow the same structure as in-person work. Many clients combine an intensive period in Tulum with online sessions afterwards.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. Natalia works with complete beginners and with people who have practised for many years. The method is the same: fewer movements, more precision, a routine that fits your life.

How long does the work take?

A minimum of two to three months with a fixed weekly rhythm. Most clients continue once the routine holds.

How much does it cost?

There is no fixed price list, because every engagement is built around rhythm, duration and location. Details are discussed in the first conversation.

How do I start?

Through the application form on this site. Natalia reads every application herself and replies personally. If it fits, the next step is a thirty-minute conversation, online or in Tulum.

Does Natalia Orlova teach at retreats?

Yes, in three formats: as lead teacher at selected small retreats, in private retreats and residencies by invitation, and occasionally at her own retreats with ten to twelve participants.
